I was at parking 16 just chilling there this guy comes to me asked for fuel in the left eye i went at park area to recall my car to take canister from my trunk at that moment the suspect cuffed me (timestamp 0:46 fail rp + PG) cuffed me without saying im cuffing ( at time stap 0:54 putted me in car without saying im putting in car watch your head ) he didnt not identified himself or did not told my charge just took me revolve around the city GR 6.4 After that he took me capitol garage ( timestamp 0:40 bug abuse took me with car to underground parking ) left me there was no one to uncuff after that i got code a and got a prison term !!
