Hello dear Admin,

Basically, that guy was there to collect my debt; he wasn't there to participate in any event. So I don't understand why it's forbidden to kill him when he wasn't taking part in any event, especially since it happened in a red zone.

Also, I noticed he was randomly going up to everyone and using the "Collect Debt" action. I think that's rule-breaking because he should check the person's passport first or be sure they're actually the person who owes the debt before attempting to collect it.
