I am opening this new ticket because the chat on my previous ticket was locked and I was unable to reply there. This is my response to that ticket:
I really appreciate your time and hard work. I understand your point but I actually bought the gas station for 70 million. You said the price is lower than market value but how am I supposed to know the exact market value? I just saw someone advertising it and talked to him. If I want to buy a business should I ask an admin first if the price is good?
Also the state value for the business is only 1 million so 70 million seemed very fair to me. Especially since this gas station is located outside the city in Paleto Bay and it is very far. Its daily income is only around 60k to 70k so it is not even worth 70 million, it should be worth less because it is very weak compared to the gas stations inside the city which go for 100 million.
How is this money transferring? I swear I did not transfer any money and I have all the chat logs to prove I did not make any weird deals with the seller. I just saw his ad in the server and on the official Grand RP discord and contacted him. I never meant to break any rules and I have no problem showing you all the conversations.
I have been grinding for this money for 3 years and in the end all my hard work goes to waste for something I have nothing to do with.
