Dear Project Management,
I hereby submit a complaint regarding the investigation initiated by Kathi Tired and carried out by Rafael Promillo.
Several players informed me that Ms. Tired allegedly stated public at the prison that I would be banned for "Supporting Blacklisted Players." I cannot understand this allegation. On the day in question, I did not transfer any money, vehicles or any other assets to anyone. Furthermore, I have not been informed which player is allegedly blacklisted, so I have no way of knowing who this accusation is supposed to refer to.
Shortly afterwards, I discovered that an investigation had in fact been opened against me.
In addition, an old acquaintance, with whom I had not spoken for a very long time, contacted me and sent me a screenshot in which Ms. Tired allegedly wrote:
I assume that Ms. Tired is aware of the messages she has written and is able to verify the statements made in the conversation herself.
At the very least, this message creates the impression that the matter may not have been handled in a purely objective and professional manner.
Furthermore, I was never contacted or given an opportunity to respond before the investigation was initiated. I had barely been active on the server in recent weeks, and on the day in question I only spent time at the Police Department, met an old friend, and drove around with a new player.
I respectfully request that Project Management review the circumstances of this investigation and provide the basis for the action taken.
