Hello Administration,
I would like to submit an unban appeal regarding my permanent blacklist from EN2. It has been more than two years since I was banned for Helping Server Script Abuse. I understand how serious this accusation was, but I sincerely believe that my involvement was the result of a misunderstanding rather than intentional participation.
At that time, I was a member of the Carter family, which belonged to one of my friends. Everything was going well, and we were actively participating in events together. During that period, a player casually joined us. None of us really knew that he could be involved in something like script abuse, and he was never given significant access or responsibility within the family.
After some time, he left our family. Much later, we heard that he had joined another family and had suddenly become extremely wealthy, giving expensive gifts to other players. Around that time, I was barely active on the server, so I did not know what was happening.
One day, when I logged into the server, I noticed that the server's economy had become very unusual. Even low-value items were being sold for extremely high prices. People were saying that someone was buying out almost everything from the Beach Market regardless of the listed price.
I was also selling items at the Beach Market. Someone, either that player or someone associated with him, bought my Desert Scarf. I had originally purchased it for around 6 million, and it was bought from me for approximately 7 million, leaving me with a profit of about 1 million. At that moment, I genuinely believed it was just a normal market transaction and had no reason to think the money involved was illegitimate.
The bigger issue came from something that had happened before all of this.
A few days earlier, I had given money to my family because we were planning to purchase a family business. I was told that my money would be returned after about one month.
Then, on the night when many players were being banned on April 1, everyone became worried. Since I had not sold many expensive items, nobody expected that I would also be banned.
That same night, the family members deposited their money into the family balance. I was told that my 30 million was there and that I should withdraw it because it belonged to me. Believing that I was simply taking back my own money, I withdrew it. At that time, I had absolutely no idea that those funds had become corrupted because of the events that had taken place. I honestly believed I was only reclaiming money that was already mine.
A short time later, I was banned as well.
Afterwards, Mazor announced that innocent players would be given a chance to appeal. I submitted a forum appeal, and it was approved. I was unbanned.
However, 4days later, I found that I had been banned again under investigation by Teja Chowdary . I was informed by the server administrator that I was under investigation. He told me that I would remain blacklisted for the time being and advised me to submit another appeal to the Curator of the Project.
I followed those instructions and submitted another appeal, but this time it was rejected, and I received a permanent blacklist. Even after all this time, I still believe that this situation was based on a misunderstanding rather than any intentional wrongdoing on my part. Before this incident, I had been playing on the server for nearly three years. During those years, my record consisted of only one or two warnings and a single seven-day ban. Aside from that, I never committed any major violations or participated in anything that intentionally harmed the server. I am submitting this appeal once again because I genuinely hope you can understand my side of the story. EN2 was my very first Grand RP server, and it holds many memories for me. For the past two years, I have been playing on EN3, where I have lived as a respectful player without receiving a single punishment or intentionally violating the server rules. I understand that the final decision is entirely yours, and I will respect whatever decision you make. I simply ask that you consider my loyalty, my history on Grand RP, and the possibility that my involvement in this incident was unintentional.
Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal.
