• At 0:40, he handcuffed me without saying anything or providing any reason.
• At 0:50, he forced me onto the ground.
• He then searched/investigated me without explaining his actions or initiating any roleplay.
• He uncuffed me, walked away, and then at 1:33, handcuffed me again without any reason.

This is Power Gaming and Fail RP, as he repeatedly restrained and searched me without providing any roleplay or justification for his actions.
