so i was going for black market and then they started gunstore rob while i was in circle so i left circle trying to realise whats going on
and while going out of zone this guy came and start giving demands which ll count in ub demands time stamp 0.25 and
after that i was complying his demands he told me to run away and he is not in zone and neither me so i just walk away and
when i comply his demands later he start shooting me and RDM me at time stamp 0.55 and later he MK me 0.59 and btw he did ER1.2 also It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts(10 minutes before), during and 5 minutes after.
u can also see there is many Bloods gang members around (also in prive and rented cars) and noone even try to prevent this rulebreak
and its happening just on start of org event witch means deputys should have been around controling situation aparently they didnt/or allowed to this kinda behavior
