Additional information

1. Leader of
San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP)

2. What is your motivation for becoming a leader of the given organization?

2.1During my extensive time on this server, I have held important High Command roles in every major state organization, including Government, LSPD, FIB, SAHP, and the National Guard. This diverse background in law enforcement and the military has provided me with valuable insight into the state’s operations and the tactics used by illegal groups. I understand how SANG works from the ground up, and I have the proven leadership skills needed to effectively lead Fort Zancudo.

2.2 I want to lead the National Guard because it is the shield of the server's economy and security. SANG does not just patrol the streets. It secures the state’s ammunition supply lines, leads important defensive operations like the Aircraft Carrier event, and stops large coordinated criminal raids on Fort Zancudo. Managing an organization with this level of server-wide impact needs a leader with complete dedication, clear strategic thinking under pressure, and a strong understanding of server rules, all of which I offer.

2.3 My vision for SANG is to create a respected, disciplined, and well-structured military force. I want to remove complacency by setting up a clear, merit-based ranking system. By giving capable individuals the chance to lead specialized divisions, I will foster an environment where every soldier understands their duty, communication is seamless, and SANG becomes the most organized state faction on the server.

3. You suggestions on how the RolePlay level in the organization can be raised, if at all.

3.1) Bodycam Enforcement

Bodycam usage will be mandatory during all operational duties, including:

  • Gatekeeping
  • Patrols
  • Global events
  • Raids
  • Ammunition runs
This policy ensures rule compliance, accountability, and higher-quality roleplay throughout the organization.

3.2) Recruitment & Manpower Development

As a military organization, the National Guard depends on maintaining a strong and active workforce. My recruitment strategy includes:

  • Daily recruitment sessions
  • Inviting experienced former NG members to rejoin
  • Structured onboarding and training for every new recruit
This approach ensures the organization remains active, well-staffed, and operationally prepared at all times.

3.3) Leadership & Training Standards

High Command permissions will be granted only to trusted, experienced, and responsible members.

Every new recruit will receive comprehensive training covering:

  • Base layout and key locations
  • PDA usage
  • Spike strip deployment
  • Gatekeeping procedures
  • Standard operating protocols
This ensures consistency, professionalism, and operational readiness across every rank.

3.4) High Command Oversight

High Command members, including myself, will continuously monitor and evaluate:

  • Gatekeeping discipline
  • Base activity and readiness
  • Sleeping on duty
  • Emergency response preparedness
  • Professionalism in communications
  • Compliance with organizational regulations
