Hey Mazhor,
it's easy to see that things are not going well in the admin team on DE02. Teamkick after teamkick and now a complete admin wipe. Initially, the team had gotten along well, but with decision after decision, it turned out that the appearance clouds.
By daily booze evenings and the persons, which were involved in it, it crystallized the favored team, of the management level out. Also by IC weddings some players haven gotten themselves advantages in rankups.
It came extremely few complaints about admins into the forum, but nevertheless people from the team were expelled, there you should ask yourself if the current high team isn’t somehow abusing their abilities to kick out certain admins they don’t like. Also very many administrators have quit in the time, because they don’t want to be in the current team anymore when losing the fun on this server.
Almost daily, many admins from this "favored team" got drunk and let loose on the DE02 players, motivating each other to drink more and become more unprofessional.
You can see this with our Deputy Chief, who is totally slurring his words and obviously drunk, committing rule breaks in admin mode and is still celebrated for it there by the colleagues present.
Enough with the general points and something more to me:
My IC name is Kalle Kallito. I was admin for several months and I'm sorry to say it, but I was also one of the hardest working admins from the team.
I may not have reached the hours of some others, but when I was online, I tried to be one of the busiest.
Since I was able to work with forum tickets, I was always way above the average with the number of tickets leading, with virtually no admin complaints. IC tickets have also been handled at least 1500-2000+, so some weeks I've handled 400+ tickets.
I also helped the assistants often with their tickets, as well as trying to organize events and contributing rule suggestions.
All this work came to an end in one fell swoop when I made a mistake. It can be seen in the complaint against Bratwa, how I free a person from prison and teleport him to the event. I am aware of the mistake, however, few were aware of the full story behind this incident.
Without any further clarification, I was immediately dismissed the next day after the incident. There was no way to find another solution except this very team kick. For me clear powergaming
It must be said that I am not an alcoholic and therefore did not participate in the almost daily booze nights and did not marry a Chief/Deputy Chief Administrator.
In my opinion, it is not the sometimes-hard working rank 1-5 admin team that needs to be fired, but the management level.
Sober people who really want to make a difference need to lead the team on DE02.
There would be so many more points, which I could list here. However, these would go beyond the scope of comprehension in this post. Besides, I'm sure you'll get this information through other complaints!
