1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- I want to make the Rp situation Fair and I want to make the server fair fun and safe for everyone. I know the rules and will always be respectful and honest I will stay active help players with their problems and do my best to support the server and the staff team
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
- 2xDHOD IB And TE and Rank 18 In FIB - HC In Bloods
3. What are your strengths?
- My Strengths is that i can handle a situation very Quickly and i am a quick Learner if i make a mistake in something i will not repeat that mistake again and again
4. What are your weaknesses?
- My weakness is that I naturally want to make everyone happy. In a roleplay environment players can get very upset when they lose their items or get punished and my instinct is to try and comfort them or find a middle ground
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
- I bring strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to stay completely calm when dealing with angry or toxic players I have a solid grasp of Grand RP's rules and terminology, meaning I can handle tickets efficiently without hesitation
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
- Yes
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
- Yes I am currently a student, but it will not prevent me from meeting the server's activity requirements I have structured my schedule so that my studies and classes are done during the day leaving my evenings and weekends completely free to dedicate to my admin duties I am very organized with my time, so I can easily maintain my daily active hours without any issues
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?

I am originally from Nepal, and I have noticed that there is currently a very large community of hundreds of Nepali players on the server but no Nepali representation on the administration team. Because of this language barriers or cultural misunderstandings sometimes make it difficult for these players to get proper help or report issues
By accepting my application you will be adding someone to the team who can directly communicate with and support this part of the player base in their native language ensuring they understand the rules perfectly. I want to help bridge that gap reduce the workload on other admins who might struggle with the language barrier and make the server a more welcoming place for everyone
