I was doing a Family Caravan mission. The player with ID 239500 was already chasing me and shooting at me from behind, so I started recording my gameplay right at that moment to document the situation. As soon as the recording started, he came from behind and rammed me at very high speed, causing my truck to flip over (VDM). After killing me to take the caravan, he stood over my dead body and insulted me by saying "Thank you for the car motherfucker" (Gen. Rule 3.1 / Toxic Behavior). While attacking the caravan is allowed, ramming like this from behind at high speed (VDM) and toxic/OOC insults after death are strictly against the rules.

First of all, this recording is very short; the player deliberately cut it short because they were the one who initiated CR and VDM against me. I want to see the full POV of the event from this player. As for the GR 3.1 charge—I simply said, "Thanks for the free caravan"; how is that an insult directed at an individual? Furthermore, "motherfucker" does not fall under the category of a personal insult; the player used the wrong heading, so this forum report should be rejected.

First of all, the video clearly shows that you were the one driving at extreme speed on the wrong side of the road and rammed me head-on. I did not initiate any VDM or CR; I was just trying to drive my caravan.
Secondly, the audio in my proof is crystal clear. You did not just say "Thanks for the free caravan", you explicitly said "Thank you for the car motherfucker" right after killing me. "Motherfucker" is a severe OOC insult and strictly violates General Rule 3.1. Trying to deny what is clearly heard in the video is just a poor attempt to mislead the administration. I request the administrator to review the clear video evidence and issue the appropriate punishment.
