I got jail for VDM but it is clearly wrong because I was driving the Formula car which is very fast I was just checking that the crate came or not so by mistake I hit the player and I go forward because he was having a gun in his hand that I came little bit back and said sorry to him but he have not provided that part of pov and my car hit him only 1 time and not very hard which clearly proves that I am innocent in this if I do VDM that I can also come out from car and kill him when he dropped to ground. As you can clearly check my previous punishment history, I never get this punishment.

also I think VDM is not here as you can see player didn't die by hit of my car and I didn't ram car again and again.
