I would like to provide additional information regarding my previous appeal.
The account with ID 217581 is my main account, and the account with ID 224207 is my secondary account; both belong to me.
My main account (ID 217581) was accessed by an individual named "Ömer gr" (whose secondary account is "Oscar Pavel")—a fact I only realized when both accounts were banned simultaneously—using an unknown method and without my knowledge or consent. I do not recall the exact date, but the unauthorized access lasted approximately one to two hours. As soon as I noticed the situation, I recovered my account using two-factor authentication (2FA) and secured it. During this time, the individual in question used my account to violate rule GR 1.1. I was completely unaware of the actions taken while my account was under unauthorized access.
After recovering and securing my account with 2FA, I realized that a rule violation had occurred during the unauthorized access. I am aware that I am responsible for my account; although I did not commit the violation intentionally, I accept responsibility for what happened.
I sincerely apologize for this incident and respectfully ask you to re-evaluate my situation. I have secured my account and taken the necessary precautions to prevent a similar incident from happening again. Unfortunately, I do not have any screenshots or other evidence, as I only became aware of the events after recovering my account. I request that my main account (ID 217581) be unbanned because I would really like to play the game again; I promise that something like this will not happen again, and the person who accessed my account without permission has already been banned.
