Where to begin... First of all, good evening or good day to the entire project team, and good day to all the players who will read this. On October 19, 2025, at 8:54 PM, I applied for the duty to become an administrator on the RS side again, and on October 30, 2025, at 3:55 AM, I was accepted for the position. On that very same day, I even showed up for the examination itself and passed it.
From day one, even though I had already been an administrator before, I asked for help (which wasn't forbidden) with every difficulty I encountered, so as not to make a wrong decision or punish the wrong player, until I was trained enough to handle the rest of the work on my own. Every moment I logged onto the server, I started working immediately – no slacking off, unlike the current administration.
After all that, I come to the point where I advanced quickly, and on March 19, 2026, around 9 PM, I received Senior Administrator from Aldin Verstappen himself. Within less than 30 minutes, Aldin moved me to a separate channel where Nixa Simba (or perhaps better known as Muja Simba) was also present, and he told me: "You are currently not capable of working as a Senior, given the incident that happened 3 days ago with a player who was doing a Live Stream at that moment" – where one animation and not engaging in any RP interaction led to such a decision, even though I initially didn't know that player was streaming. Of course, to clarify the situation: that day I was driving around in a vehicle I had spawned. I've known that player for a long time, and we've never caused each other problems; he even apologized to me multiple times after finding out that such a thing was used to have my position removed, which was then given to two very interesting people at that moment – Johny Abyss and Dukat Velascoo. Johny was extremely inactive in the previous period before getting his position, and a few days before receiving it, he was even threatened with being removed from the Administration if he didn't become active. As for Dukat, the issue is that he made the same mistakes – and even much worse ones – before getting it, proving his corruption on multiple occasions. Primarily, this involved sharing the questions for the then-curator position for the organization he was in, so his friend could get it and behave however he wanted within it, since he was protected at that time. That same friend called Dukat into the curator channel and cursed him out completely, yet Dukat wasn't punished even though he should have been.
This brings us to the point where I made a non-intentional mistake and got removed from the administration, since it was my third warning. After some time, I applied for the leader of the Government and got it, especially since the other candidate made far more mistakes during the examination than I did at that moment. Before actually taking over the Government, while I was still a member of the Administration, I had systematically written a new law code which is still in use today, and within less than 7 days I forwarded it for review, although it took over a month to be finalized. During my first term, my organization had no conflicts with other organizations, and we established that the entire State cooperated in the best possible way. During the second term, conflicts arose between the FIB and LSPD that couldn't be resolved ICly, so we had to go through our curators. At that time, the curator James Ivanov had very good relations with both organizations, so he hardly wanted to take any side, but instead exclusively wanted to side with people from whom he has personal Instagram profiles and probably phone numbers.
After my request to change the curator, Dukat himself rejected it, since he was also in excellent contact with both organizations, so at that moment it wasn't even useful to have a newer curator who wasn't very familiar with those players. After a warning from Aldin that the law code had to be "the primary thing," the curators at that time took matters into their own hands and forwarded it to the Seniors, who, after some corrections, finally finalized it a few days before the end of my term. My deputies were Ryuk and Begi, who ran the organization exceptionally well during my daytime absence due to my job. They weren't given a chance to try out the position of temporary Government; instead, a third person was brought in who hadn't even been in the organization until just a few days before my Government term ended.
I didn't want to continue my leader duties, as I was appalled by the information that pedophiles and various unsavory profiles, which are not needed on such a project, are being protected in the administration. The project itself has declined from over 1000 active players to barely 500 (and rarely 700) in the span of a year, given that higher administrators on the project protect scammers, cheaters, ban evaders, and similar people so they can continue playing. The RS sector itself started to deteriorate because a certain person within the administration is selling GCs for real money, even though such a thing is prohibited by the server rules. The project has been declining significantly because the appeals of players against the administration have never been taken into consideration by one high administrator, who, after a nearly novel-length explanation is sent as proof, can't be bothered to read it – which I myself realized after one mistake and writing many irrelevant things at that moment regarding the punishment. If necessary, I have days and days of recorded conversations of current administrators where they are "bragging" about how they sent private pictures to girls. And you, dear members of this project, enjoy this decline, because many old players will not return to it, even if you offer them money and various benefits.
