Dear admin we arrested two people for a situation in which one guy said what the hell are u doing clearly provoking law enforcement officers and we arrested him but still we got warning for it please look into this.

0:35 u can clearly hear him saying what the hell are you doing.

Not off Topic: (175682) Becuase he was provoking so we have ic reason to Arrest him and also he was over speeding and rackless driving, if you're talking about the other guy so he was stopping without any reason + Failure to Comply
