First of all, I kindly ask you to read my appeal please.
About 7 months ago, I was permanently banned for Helping Cheater, even though there was never a forum report against me and I was neither a Deputy nor a Leader in the gang where those players were. The accusations came from a former administrator, Scaroc Pacho, who was widely known by many players as being biased. As far as I know, these accusations were not even submitted through the forum but were sent privately to higher administration.
Every accusation made against me was false. I even have proof showing that the evidence presented against me was misleading and unfounded. I submitted this proof to Floki, explaining why the accusations were false. However, I was told that my punishment would remain because I had not reported those players directly to the administration.
Sir, I have been playing this project for years, and I have always tried my best to follow the rules and play fairly. At that time, I was only a Turf Leader. As soon as I became suspicious of those players, I informed my Deputy (Celestra Vukovic) and Leader immediately. My Leader at that time was Professeur Alex, who is currently an administrator on your team. I still have proof of those conversations, and I will attach them below.
I do not want to make this appeal unnecessarily long. Less than a week after I was banned, the administrator who reported me, Scaroc Pacho, received a Project Blacklist and was removed from the server. Many people believed it was because he acted in a biased manner, although I cannot personally confirm the exact reason. However, this situation was one of the reasons why I continued to appeal my punishment.
I know myself, and I know that I never knowingly helped a cheater. You are welcome to perform any account checks you consider necessary, and I am also willing to undergo a full PC Check and Discord DM check (including deleted messages if possible) if required. My only wish is to return to the server that I have spent years playing, achieved many accomplishments on, and genuinely enjoy.
If my ban is lifted, I will be even more careful in the future. I would be truly grateful if you could give me one more chance.
