2. Why do you wants to be a leader of this specific organization
2.1 I believe i have a great leadership quality. I did a lot of good things in the previous term that's why i want to become the leader of the vagos gang. I am confident in myself and i want to do these things under my leadership. My goal is to complete this without making mistakes and in a professional way. I want to Help my Gang members which they are in difficult issues. I will keep the Vagos gang on top, vagos will be always active. Most active in every events, Most active in ghetto too & Every hour max spray profit.
2.2 i spent more time with gangs and doing gang activites attend the events which were very realstic and exciting. Initially i focused on observing and learning from my highcommands and deputies by observing and assisting them i understood how gang events and activites are properly organized and lead. I have been actively participate in gangs I have gained so much of experience in gang I joined so many gangs to understand how gang actually works in gang events like gun-store robbery, store robbery like overall structure , participating in many gang activities in starting this system made me more intrested in learning like how to lead and manage the events.
2.3 We can achieve great things with my teammates my term and stay on top in event. I will make sure to hire the correct and trust worthy HC team. And i would make sure to always give bonuses at the end of events if successful between 50k-200k max a person.this new term, I want to push creativity further. My goal is to organize more RP scenarios, interactive events, and meaningful storylines rather than focusing only on shootings. I am sure that i will be a leader who does not receive warning.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I believe that in this way we will improve our rp things.I believe that in this way we will improve our rp things. I will do to improve the rp will be to reduce the toxicity between the gangs by explaining my gang members to avoid the toxicity and play the rp without hearting anyone which will definitely improve the rp. I will not allow violations of the rules at Families Any rule break will lead to kick , strikes or blacklisted from gang. We will do everything by talking professionally on the radio without breaking any rules, We will stick to the rules. Store Robbery, Gun Store, Hostage Situation, FZ Raid, Highway Robbery & etc. Also active in ghetto & active in spray.
