1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

• I want to become an Admin because I really enjoy helping people and I want to support the server in a different way. I have spent a long time in RP and I learned a lot from it. I dont feel like I am leaving RP because I got bored. I just want to take a new responsibility and help the community.

• I am not new to Grand RP. I have a lot of experience from EN2 where I worked in the highest command of every legal organization like FIB LSPD GOV and SAHP. Those roles helped me learn how to deal with different situations how to stay calm under pressure and how to make fair decisions. I also learned how important it is to treat every player equally and follow the server rules.

• I believe all that experience will help me as an Admin. I know how both players and leaders think because I have been in those positions myself. I like helping people answering questions and solving problems. I always try to stay respectful and patient even when someone is upset.

• I dont want to become an Admin just for the position. I want to give something back to the server because Grand RP has given me a lot of good memories and experience. I am always ready to learn new things improve myself and do my best for the community.

2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
During my time in the city I have mostly been involved in State organizations and reached many High Command positions. Some of the positions I have held are:

• FIB Assistant Director
• FIB Head of Human Resources X 2 times
• FIB Head of Special Operations
• FIB US Marshal
• FIB STF Commander
• LSPD Captain of Police
• LSPD Chief of Staff
• LSPD Superintendent
• SAHP Colonel
• GOV Minister of State X2 Terms
• GOV District Attorney X2 Terms
• DOC Director (2 Terms)

On the crime side I have been:

• Bloods Deputy (2 Terms)
• Marabunta Under Deputy (1 Term)
• Families Deputy (6 Terms)

These positions gave me a lot of experience in leadership handling different situations following server rules and working with players from both the State and Crime side.

3. What are your strengths?

• My biggest strengths are staying calm under pressure making fair decisions and communicating well with others. I have a lot of experience from different High Command positions so I know how to handle reports and difficult situations without being biased. I learn things quickly I am active and I always try to help players whenever they need it. I also accept my mistakes and learn from them so I can keep improving.

4. What are your weaknesses?

• One of my weaknesses is that I sometimes spend too much time trying to make sure a decision is completely fair before acting. I like to look at all sides of a situation which can make me slower than I would like. Another weakness is that I can be a bit strict when it comes to rules and responsibilities because I expect the same level of commitment from myself and others. I am working on balancing fairness with faster decision making and being more flexible depending on the situation.

5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?

• I can bring experience leadership and a good understanding of the server rules to the Admin team. I have been in many High Command positions so I know how to handle different situations without taking sides. I stay calm when dealing with reports and I always try to understand both sides before making a decision. I am active patient and willing to learn from senior admins. My goal is to help players solve problems quickly and make sure everyone has a fair and enjoyable experience on the server.

6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)

• Yes. I dont own any business at the moment so there is nothing to sell. If I ever own one in the future I understand that admins are not allowed to have a business and I will follow the server rules.

7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?

• No I dont have any IRL issues that would prevent me from being active. I can manage my time well and I will be able to stay active and complete my responsibilities as an Admin.

8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?

• I would just like you to know that I am always willing to learn and improve. I understand that being an Admin is a big responsibility and I am ready to accept feedback from Senior Administrators and work on any mistakes I make. I have experience from High Command positions which has taught me how to stay professional and handle difficult situations. If I am given this opportunity I will do my best to help the community and represent the Admin team in a positive way.
