I was buying a repair kit from a petrol station to fix my car. Just as I was doing this, the person in question came up to me, playing music at an extremely high volume, and started talking to me for no apparent reason. I politely asked him to move away. As he was walking away, he hurled a swear-filled insult at me (“idiot”).
Following this incident, I began recording the screen. As can be clearly seen in the video, he returned shortly afterwards and deliberately rammed both my car and me at high speed. Whilst doing all this, he continued to play music at high volume, causing a disturbance.
The incident did not end there. After driving away from the area, he returned once more and this time continued his harassing behaviour by constantly honking his horn. All his actions were deliberate and intended to harass me.

I believe that the behaviour shown in the video constitutes a breach of the rules, including the misuse of voice chat, the deliberate harassment of a player and the deliberate ramming of a vehicle. I respectfully request that the necessary investigation be carried out regarding the player in question and that appropriate measures be taken.
