2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I have been in LEO for a long time and during this journey I gained a lot of experience, especially while serving as LSPD High Command. I have spent many hours working in the department and learned many things from my previous leaders. Now I think I am ready to lead my own term as the Director of FIB because I believe I have enough experience to contribute something good for the state of San Andreas.
2.2 Since my childhood I always looked up to the Army and Law Enforcement Officers. My parents always taught me to respect the officers who protect the city from criminals and outsiders. Because of that I always wanted to become one of them and one day lead the organization. My goal is to make my parents proud and leave behind a good legacy through my hard work and achievements.
2.3 As I mentioned before, I have been part of LEO for quite a long time and served in many different terms. During that time I noticed that some FIB terms were not successful because of low activity and many rule breaks by officers, including some High Commands. I want to improve these things by creating a strong HR team and choosing my High Command carefully with strict requirements. My main goal is to make sure the term runs smoothly with fewer rule breaks. It would be an honor for me if I could contribute even a little to this city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will focus on increasing the activity of the organization so FIB can improve both in numbers and in quality. I will make sure my High Commands and officers receive proper training.
3.2 I will request SANG to arrange one-to-one training sessions for our Agents and elite officers so they can perform better in every situation they respond to.
3.3 I also want every officer to have good knowledge of the laws so they can confidently represent themselves in front of DOJ representatives or civilians. This will help improve the overall quality of roleplay.
3.4 I will try my best to maintain good relations with every government organization so we can organize more joint activities and improve cooperation between departments.
3.5 Every officer hired into the department will go through a proper interview process. Promotions will also depend on interviews and activity checks so there will be no favoritism, and everyone will have a fair chance to grow.
