Hello,

I'm not sure when I received a Leader/Admin blacklist. I just wanted to ask because I've been a Grand RP player for a long time. Due to the GR 1.4 issue, I'm unable to apply for Admin or Leadership on EN3.

I previously served as an Admin on EN2 for over 7 months, and I'd like to know if I'm eligible to apply for a Leadership position on EN1 instead.
