2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 Elevating the National Guard’s Reputation
When I first arrived in the city, my primary focus was on Law Enforcement. I spent time working with the LSPD and SAHP, but eventually, I found my true home in the National Guard. While many citizens and new arrivals view NG simply as a stepping stone or an "entry-level org" for the LEO side, I know from my experience that it is so much more than that. I want to lead NG and transforming it into a highly respected Org where members actively choose to build long-term careers rather than just pass through.
2.2 Optimizing Departments and Removal of Favoritism
A major priority of mine is to fully optimize our internal department so the organization runs like a fine machine. I am deeply committed to ending favoritism and building a culture rooted entirely in fairness with knowledge. Department HC ranks should be earned through dedication, competence not hard work, not personal bias. By streamlining our departments and keeping our command team accountable, we can ensure every soldier has a clear, fair path to success.
2.3 Enhancing Morale Through High-Quality RP and Events
Serving in the National Guard should be a highly rewarding experience. I want to provide an environment that is not just disciplined, but actively enjoyable as well. I plan to introduce a steady stream well planned events . that will boost morale and significantly increase quality of the RP. By balancing serious military protocol with fun, community-building activities, we can create an organization where members are genuinely excited to wake up in the city and go on duty.
3. Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in the organization.
3.1 Advanced Tactical Training Regimens
To ensure our units are always prepared for active situations, driving and shooting training sessions will be provided every 3 days . These will go beyond the basics, including close-combat with shooting and tactical driving to reduce ramming. Keeping our combat skills sharp ensures a much higher quality of immersive Role-Play during FZ defences and global events planning.
3.2 Weekly Knowledge Sharing Sessions
Good quality Role-Play stems from a deep shared understanding of how the city operates. I will introduce weekly educational sessions dedicated to reviewing IC Rules & Laws procedures, OOC server rules, and specific situational breakdowns. We will review recent scenarios as a team to discuss what went right and what could be improved, ensuring all HC & Non-HC are confident in their RP and rule enforcement.
3.3 Knowledge-Based Promotion System
To minimize mistakes at the highest levels in the organization, our promotion system will be completely optimized. Simply putting in the time will no longer be enough to reach higher ranks. promotion will be strictly based on knowledge capability and leadership skills . By ensuring that only highly competent and thoroughly tested individuals hold High Command roles, we will raise the standard of RP across the entire NG.
