ID 259071 was killing a civialian and he tole me to leave ( demands ) so i shoot him which is aloud after demands are given also he picked up and illegal shotgun which is corruption with out bio ( maybe he have bio im not sure ) i have already removed warning i just want the other guy to be punished casue he commited rule breaks aswell

You are not really at all involved into the situation. A Police officer telling you to leave a crime-scene is fully normal and not a DEMAND which starts a shootout.
