So basically my friend (Eliza Archangel) and I were hosting an IC event, and in the middle of the event at 21:50, this guy 180404 shot us from outside the GZ to inside the GZ, which is GZ 1.1. At 28:43 (180404), he started provoking us, and the main situation started from here. After that, we tried to arrest them for IC reasons, and then when my friend (Eliza Archangel) cuffed him (180404), at (31:34) she tried to tackle (86446), so this guy started shooting without giving demands, which is GR6.15. After that, he did MK. Please take strict action on these guys, as these guys dont have any intentions to do RP; they ruined a well-going rp situation to avoid IC jail and to save his friend
