Blacky was born into a very poor family where life was a constant struggle. As a kid, whenever he asked for anything, he was always neglected. Rejection became a normal part of his life, and he had to learn to survive with nothing. As he grew older, all that pain turned into deep anger. He started getting into fights over the smallest things. One day, after a massive argument at home, he walked out and didn't return for two days. Sitting on the streets, he realized that if he stayed there, he would ruin his life. So, he made a big decision he got his passport and flew to Los Santos for a fresh start.
Arriving in a brand new city wasn't easy. For the first few years, Blacky had to struggle immensely just to get a proper meal and a place to sleep. He did odd jobs, worked day and night, and slowly understood how Los Santos operates. Soon, his hard work paid off. Because of his loyalty and sharp mind, he got many great opportunities to join powerful organizations in the city. He proved his worth, earned the respect of big bosses, and finally secured his position.
Today, he is finally happy, financially stable, and enjoying his life. He no longer has to struggle for basic needs. However, he doesn’t want to be just another member in a crew. He is now planning his biggest move yet to leave his old street name "Blacky" behind and establish a powerful new identity as Mr. Black. He wants to build his own empire, run legitimate businesses, and make sure that the name Mr. Black commands ultimate respect across the entire city.
Outcomes:
1- God Blacky always (24/7) carry a hidden ballistic and waterproof bodycam. (Only need to refresh after spawn )
2- God Blacky is able to become a citizen hostage by taking money from gangsters.
3- God Blacky can pick weapons from ground during gun fight. (not in active gun fight)
4- God Blacky is able to drive off road vehicle and SUVs on mountain and off roads. (Only SUV & Sedan)
5- God Blacky is able to fly and land helicopter and planes in congested places as he has a lot of experience in flying. (No Ub Flying)
6- God Blacky is able to recognize anyone by their face and voice and cloths.(no meta gaming)
7- God Blacky is able to take money to provide classified information to other organizations.
8- God Blacky is short tempered so he can be rude, bold and toxic. (following GR3.1 &3.2)
9- God Blacky Has no fear when 2 people appointed guns on Him (No fear RP)
10- God Blacky can smash and destroy bodycam of civilians / Officers.
