As can be seen, the time was 0:50–0:51 when these players identified by their ID were incapacitated according to the rules, returning to this location within 15 minutes of dying is prohibited. However they returned at 0:54 a gap of approximately 3 minutes which serves as clear evidence of the rule violation. Additionally they were speaking a language other than English and I request that they be penalized for this as well.Besides, they left their friend behind and waited for me to leave in other words, they knew they were violating the NLR rule and wanted to get away with it.

At the 3:37 mark of the video, he claims there is no fight yet how does he remember me? Besides, his character's memory was supposed to have been wiped you can clearly see a rule violation here.
