Hello,


I was brought in for a PC check, and the staff did not find any cheats, mods, or prohibited software on my computer. Despite that, I was still permanently banned.


I fully cooperated during the PC check and followed all the instructions. Since nothing illegal was found on my PC, I kindly ask you to review my case again and remove the ban if it was issued by mistake.
