As you can see in the pov he was start using slang + he was insult my mom (ooc)
3.1 Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited |Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.
3.2 Parents should not be mentioned in all chats, including voice | Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.
And you can see voice is not clear because he edit it requesting for clear voice one and The rulebreak i did it is my fault but its ic he can go to goverment. But He insult my mom and he was did rdm before that not in that clip he cuts it and requesting to admin for show the full pov from the first when he was arrived in the location.

I was just investigate and i have searched him for investigation and i have seize the things and I was check and get that my pov is corrupted for this i was release him but he start doing gr 3.1 and gr 3.2 for this i was killed him just stand you in the situation he just said bad things to my mother man how i control my self.
