2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans: I want to be the leader of LI cuz i want to experience leadership after me being in LI for quite a long time, started as in intern in journalism all the way to HOD, and now i think i have enough knowledge to be able to lead the organization, i have some plans in mind about how will i improve departments.
Improve the Journalism Department:
with the help of my journalism high commands, I will make sure our news, articles, field reports is fast, accurate, and professional while helping other journalists improve their skills.
Grow the Creative & Ads Department:
As per the ads dep, my target would be to hire employees from all timezones so that there should be no delay in sending ads and making sure i have a good DD of ads who can handle evrything and make sure everythings running smooth in his dep. and as per creative, my target would be to organize more events for the public and build a strong connection with the help of my DD and hcs of creative. we can definitely make it more active.
Build a Strong Team:
I will lead a disciplined, active, and well-trained team where all HCs work together and help the new recruits and make sure everything runs smoothly.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans: what i will do to improve the RP in my term would be:
Regular Training Sessions:
Hold weekly training to improve employees roleplay, communication skills, and professionalism.
More Public Events:
i will try my best to organize more interviews, press conferences, and other public events to keep my term active and implement more RP.
High Professional Standards:
i will encourage everyone to do realistic roleplay, teamwork, and respectful behavior so the organization maintains a strong reputation.
