2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1
NG was the first organization I joined, and since then it has been my home. NG is an organization I could never betray. Ever since I joined NG, it has been my dream to become its Leader.
Most of what I know about the city, I learned while serving in NG. During my time here, I joined various departments and made many great friends who remain my friends to this day. It would be an honor to serve NG as its Leader, and I will devote myself to making NG an even better place with a strong and united community.
Having served in multiple departments, including SASD, MP, AF, HR, and PR, I have always enjoyed improving the departments I worked in and helping them grow. Suggesting curators on adding planes and making improvements in ATC calls, Hosting fun PR events, Hosting various open recruitments.

- LSPD rank 25, DHOD of TE.

2.3 - Creating a friendly environment where everyone is comfortable in terms of RP is what i love.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Making people busy, Mostly people get bored when they dont have anything to do , just like in GOV gate keeping. But we need to created RP in such situation.
- I will inforce SASD and other departments to host many internal events, drills, challanges, target practice. Making more departments inside each departments and distributing work, so each person will feel responsible of the rank they are holding.
