2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I want to Become SAHP Leader as I have worked in many different departments to gain a good range of experiences of differents things, I could use to be a good leader as in Swat tactics, Proper use of Radio codes and the importance of using radio codes to improve Roleplay and Realistic to make it more fun everyone.
2.2 I want to be SAHP Leader as my goal is to bring activity and professionlism more into the organization to SAHP, I want to create an environment where members will enjoy being part of SAHP while maintaining high standards of roleplay
2.3 I also want to become leader because I want everyone doing there jobs on protecting the Highways and surrounding areas of Sandy Shores/Paleto bay ensuring safety travel for all citizens of the Blaine countys
4. Your Advice for improving roleplay level in the organization.
I would improve the roleplay level by ensuring all of our officers are properly trained in communication skills, Traffic enforcement, pursuit tactics, department procedures I would start regular training sessions so that we can have more realistic patrol Scenarios, and to maintain high standards of professionalism, Teamwork and Respect to other officers while rewarding active members who constantly show great Roleplay, This would be more enjoyable, Realistic, and Active and safety work environment for both SAHP members and the wider community.
