I was a bounty hunter and one of them had a bounty on him. When I find him they were robbing somewhere else at the bar. I have killed 3 of them.(I dont have it on my POV please check the logs or others POV). They have left the scene and came back because I have killed 3 of them. They have violated the new life rule. I have started my footage when I realize that they are going to start Robbing RP which they shouldn't. They were rushing through the whole process to unclear the result.

Also, I am quoting this from the server rules "Doing things that are considered not sufficient to be considered good standard roleplay depending on the situation at hand. e.g running around a crime scene for no reason, dancing and screaming in a trollish manner in a serious situation, not roleplaying fear appropriately in situations realistically."

Since I was a bounty hunter, I dont believe that I should be fearful of the person I am going to murder.

Hopefully, you check deeply this appeal and respond it on appropriate manner.

I would like to also add that ; Since the responding admin only saw the robbing RP, I understand his actions. However, The robbing RP was the final and wrong act on this matter.

I think you already found the issue.For your Claim of killing a Bounty, you did not finish any bounty around that time, so you just RDM multiple people and MK them. That would be 4 warnings already, but you can post that POV to show this if you want to.
About NLR even tho it is correct you killed and MK 476693 and 504346 at 11:16, this does not proof for the Administration automatically that they returned to the same spot / situation as NLR requires, so you must post your POV of that situation to proof the NLR. That does not give you the right to Interrupt an RP Situation like you did (FailRP) or refuse to comply with a robbery (FearRP), both would be another 2 warnings.

In a 1v1 no you dont need to fear him, but if they are 4 people against you, sure you will fear for your life.
Also you cannot interrupt an RP Situation by saying you called Administration. ONLY Administration can interrupt an RP Situation like this. It would also apply FailRP here.

So from what you explain here, it seem like you should read again the ruleset and understand it. You describe here 6 Rulebreaks from you which would be 6 full Warnings, resulting in 14 Days ban (3warnings = 7d ban automatically), while they would get only each up to 1 warning.
