2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans- 1) I want to become leader of Marabunta because I have been in gangs since 3-4 months throughout this I gained a lot experience and I have been in gangs as under deputy of vagos , Bloods , Families so I have already led a team as a front man.
2) Through this journey i learned many things from gangs and now I think as I already led a team of different gangs now I should take the next step by leading a whole organization.
3) I promise to remain committed throughout my term and work tirelessly to make it a successful one , and I have many plans for the gang to make the gang rp more interesting and active.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans- My goal is to improve the organisation rp by providing guidance to the new members so that they don't break any rule by mistakenly, I will maintain teamwork , discipline and professionalism in the organisation and also will make a proper chain of command and bonus system for all the events so that members gets motivation doing there job.
