Rejected Account Ownership Investigation – Unauthorized Account Access (EN3)

Hello Dear Administration,

I am creating this request because I believe my account has been compromised, and I kindly ask for a full investigation.

My Account ID is: 64957.

Yesterday, I was able to access my account normally. Today, when I logged in using the same original email that has always belonged to me, my actual game account was no longer connected to it. I still have full access to my original email address, and I never requested an email change or any ownership transfer.

I also never received any email notification informing me that my account email had been changed or that any security-related changes had been made.

While searching the forum, I found the following complaint:

The attached video clearly shows another person controlling my character and transferring my belongings to another player:

The person shown in that video is not me, and I never gave anyone permission to access or use my account.

I respectfully ask the administration to investigate:

• The complete email change history of Account ID 64957.
• Login history and IP history.
• The ownership history of the account.
• The actions shown in the attached video.
• Whether the account ownership or email was changed manually or through any request.

According to the server's General Rules, the original owner of an account remains its legitimate owner, account sharing and account trading are prohibited, and any form of fraud is against the server rules. I am not asking the administration to assume anything—I only ask that you review the server logs and account history to determine what happened and verify the rightful owner of the account.

I am ready to provide any proof necessary, including my original email address, previous screenshots, videos, or any additional information required to verify my ownership.

If necessary, I kindly ask that the account be temporarily secured while the investigation is ongoing to prevent any further loss of items or progress.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved fairly after reviewing the server logs and account records.
