I received a response regarding my application about vagos here ( Rejected - Leader of Los Santos Vagos | Fotaliooo StillPenguinnn ) as he said (You are admin and leader blacklisted in EN2)
I am currently blacklisted for leadership positions in the EN2, and I explain my situation regarding this blacklist in detail here ( Rejected - Wrong Decision | Pablo Schmidt ).

Does this mean I will not be able to take on any administrative or leadership role in EN3, or do I just need some time? Please provide me with more information about my blacklisting; is it permanent or temporary?
