Hunter grew up in Punjab where his early years were shaped by the fear and uncertainty caused by militancy and violence around him. As a child he saw people struggle through difficult times and witnessed fights that changed the way he looked at the world. Instead of growing up believing that everyone could be trusted he learned that power and influence often decided who survived and who suffered. These experiences slowly changed him and made him more distant and careful about who he allowed into his life. Hunter became someone who studied people and learned how to hide his real thoughts behind a calm personality. Over time he stopped seeing justice as something pure and started believing that the system could be controlled by those who understood how to use it. At the age of 28 Hunter carries the mindset that power is more valuable than honesty. His path into law enforcement was not driven by a wish to protect people but by the opportunities that came with authority. Behind the image of a professional officer he hides a darker side where manipulation and personal gain come before doing what is right. Hunter uses his position to create influence and control while making sure others only see the disciplined officer he wants them to see.

Hunter decided to leave his home Punjab to come to Los Santos and try to build a good career there. To understand how the police force operated Hunter decided to join the LSPD. But at any time Hunter did not have ambitions to become a real police officer and serve justice. Hunter was always interested only in having an influential rank. While working as a member of the LSPD Hunter understood that corrupt members of the police force that have strong connections and rich friends had more chances to occupy better posts. For Hunter the corruption was a way to success and not some kind of violation. Hunter started understanding how these corrupt people were using their rank to achieve their goals and waited for the right moment to do the same. Later Hunter was hired by the FIB. There Hunter got even more experience and became more influential. By using his rank Hunter took bribes and made deals. After getting enough information and connections Hunter went back to the LSPD to show his true face. Hunter became even more corrupt than all those officers whom he observed earlier. Sometimes he did prison breaks using USB for fun which helped prisones escape. He used his authority to control situations and silence anyone who tried to stand in his way. For Hunter the badge was never about justice. It was always about power, money and control.
Outcomes:
1. Hunter can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer, reject their request, and refuse to show any type of ID.
2. Hunter can handcuff the LEOs, break their bodycams to avoid getting caught and also take them to give them as hostage for GANGs in exchange for money. (using the try command no more than 2 times per situation)
