Hello Respected Administrators Specially, Nick Payne, Pablo Schemidt

Today Specially i am gonna to discusse about that the curator of that both Orgs are highly respected and hounarable and they can do decissions to make their org btter but today my point is that they are just giving term back and back to one persons for example Rayn Bayn completed is term previosly and also surved as DG, but now my point is that there is also other persons who are struggling and make thier self better, they also have rigth to get leadership and improve themself

My Request will be to give some chance to another person maybe he have some amazing capibility
