Additional Information

1.
Leader of EMS

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 – Passion and Expertise

Healthcare has always been an area I'm genuinely passionate about, and I've built solid knowledge of medical protocols and practices through my time in EMS. I want to use that background to refine existing procedures, bring in fresh ideas, and push patient care standards higher across the department.

2.2 – Leadership and People Skills
I'm confident in my ability to guide good a team and steer this community toward better health outcomes. Managing people comes naturally to me, and I communicate clearly and effectively, which I think is essential for anyone in a leadership seat.

2.3 – Long-Standing History with EMS
My journey with EMS goes back to 2021, when I joined as a Lab Assistant. Since then I've moved through several roles — Pharmacist, a stint in the MD department, and later an attempt at LEO before returning to EMS, where I feel I truly belong. Most recently, I served as Deputy, a term I'm proud of for how well it went.

2.4 – Broad Roleplay Experience
I've spent time in a number of different organizations over the years, but EMS is where I keep coming back to and where I've grown the most as a leader. That accumulated experience gives me confidence that I can run EMS effectively while genuinely helping citizens improve their well-bein

  • Labtech – Pharmacist
  • MD – Neurosurgeon
  • AS – ARO Officer
  • HC – Dean of Training, Dean of MD, Head of Training, Head of MD, Head of HRT, Deputy Chief
  • EMS Lawyer – Represented EMS legally during the Abrash term, protecting medics' rights

3. Your advices for improving Role-play level in organization.

3.1 Scenario-Based Training

I'll roll out structured training sessions built around realistic, real-world scenarios so staff get comfortable applying the chain of command under pressure, not just in theory. My goals is to increase EMS's investigation procedures, raise event participation from EMS, Hire more employees, train them good so that they can handle more pressure if org needed that.

3.2 Recognition Programs
Regular incentives like "Employee of the Week" and a standout "Hero of the Medic" title will be introduced to reward medics who consistently go above and beyond in skill and dedication.

3.3 Shift/Lot System
As we reach our distribution we should not forgot about leaving lobby empty issue we will take this issue seriously this time and try to gets lobby assigned early and take chances of lobby empty decrease. Also our labtech department getting ignored in education, quality of goods and supply. We need to get them sorted as well and with few adjustment in labtech i hope that it will get sorted. Also We will increase our supply of Humane labs to get them refill asap.

3.4 Fair, Bias-Free Hiring
No favoritism from the HC team toward any medic. Hiring will prioritize experienced candidates or freshers who clearly understand the role.

3.5 Transparent Recruitment Scheduling
Recruitment dates and interview times will be announced ahead of time, cutting down on people requesting recruitment on the spot at PH/SH.

3.6 Standards for HC

  • Zero tolerance for toxic behavior among HC members.
  • All HC staff must be FTO-certified along with certifications in other relevant departments.
  • HC positions will go to the most experienced, rule-abiding candidates.

3.7 Faster Medical Supply Chain
I'll expand the Labtech team by hiring more staff to speed up the production and delivery of medical supplies.
