Dear Administration,
I, Baja Skof (ID 36816), would like to respectfully request a review of my permanent ban for rule 1.6, which was issued on December 1st, 2024 and has been active for over a year.
My ban was issued based on a screenshot posted by ID 45245. I kindly ask the administration to review my account logs and all available evidence from the time the ban was issued, because I have never sold in-game currency, never participated in any illegal money transactions, and I have never had 1 billion in-game money.
The screenshot that was used as evidence was taken from a message I wrote in the family chat. The context of that message was a conversation about ID 45245, because I believed that this person was involved in buying and selling in-game currency for real money.
When I wrote that I wanted to buy 1 billion, it was not a serious offer or an attempt to purchase currency. It was only part of a conversation and was not meant literally. I knew that such an amount was unrealistic, and I never contacted anyone to make such a deal, never completed any transaction, and never received any illegal money.
I believe that the full conversation should be reviewed, including the messages before and after the screenshot, because a single screenshot without the full context can easily be misunderstood.
I also want to mention that I previously submitted a complaint against ID 45245 regarding suspicious activity related to selling in-game currency for real money, but my complaint was not reviewed for around 20 days, while my ban was processed within approximately 12 hours after their report. I kindly request that the entire situation is investigated objectively and that all evidence from both sides is considered.
I have spent around 2 years on Grand RP and invested more than 13,000 hours into the server. I played almost every day and dedicated a lot of time to this project. Grand RP has been a very important part of my gaming experience, and after receiving the ban I lost all my progress, items, and in-game achievements.
I am asking for one more chance to return to the server and prove that I am not someone who would intentionally break the rules. I respect the server and its administration, and I hope my case can receive a fair and detailed review.
