I was in the locker room changing into my uniform when Player ID 565788 randomly punched me. I attempted to stop him and identify him, but he continued randomly punching me, forcing me to detain him. During the detention, he used a bug, or possibly used cheats, to move through walls and evade arrest.
Accordinly i believe ID 565788 is violating general rule 6.23 and random punshing.
