At 5:38 in the POV, ID 530707 is correct. You were not fearing for your life and instead began listing rule breaks. This is a roleplay server, and if you're engaging in the city, you must continue the roleplay, not antagonize the situation by bringing up server rules. If you want to claim Mixing, then I will also have to punish you for Fear RP and Fail RP (one warning), as you failed to value your life and continue the RP properly.

Killing you after compliance is not considered UB Demands; it falls under GHR 1.12. At 7:07 in the video, nothing is obstructing your path. Once the bag is placed over your head, you should still attempt to run in either direction, even while disoriented. From your POV, however, it appears you never made any attempt to flee after demands were given. GHR 1.12 (UB Demands) is rejected.

Next, regarding toxicity: they are gang members, and nothing said to you was out of the ordinary. Rejected.
