Additional Information​

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?​

I have been playing on the server for a good amount of time and have experienced different state organisations, including FIB, Government and EMS. During this journey, I learned a lot about server rules, roleplay standards and how important fair administration is.

I now want to contribute to the server in a different way. Instead of only participating in roleplay, I want to help maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for every player. I enjoy helping others, resolving problems calmly and making sure that rules are followed equally by everyone. I believe becoming an administrator is the best way for me to give something back to the community.

What are your strengths?​

• Calm and patient in stressful situations.
• Fair and unbiased while making decisions.
• Good understanding of State roleplay and server rules.
• Quick learner who is always willing to improve.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible and active on the server.

What are your weaknesses?​

Sometimes I spend a little extra time analysing a situation before making a decision because I prefer to be accurate rather than make a rushed judgement. However, I am continuously improving my decision-making speed with experience.

What skills can you bring to the admin team?​

My experience in FIB, Government and EMS has given me a good understanding of different RP situations from multiple perspectives. I can handle reports calmly, communicate respectfully with players, review situations fairly and work well with other administrators. I am always open to learning from senior admins and improving my performance.

Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?​

No. I can maintain my daily activity and fulfil my responsibilities as an administrator.

Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?​

I previously served as an FIB and also worked in Government and EMS. These experiences helped me understand teamwork, discipline, communication and server rules. I am always willing to learn, accept feedback and improve myself. If I am given the opportunity, I will do my best to serve the community with honesty, fairness and professionalism
