LIFE STORY:
Umer Sahab grew up the only child of a well-off family back in Pakistan, the kind of upbringing where nothing was really lacking except the one thing he actually wanted — to become a police officer, maybe work his way up to Chief one day. His parents wouldn't hear of it though, they'd say it's too dangerous, that they didn't raise him just to lose him to some shootout, so he let that dream go and lived the comfortable life they'd built for him instead, even though it never really felt like his. It wasn't until both his parents passed away that things shifted, and honestly it was a weird mix of grief and freedom he wasn't ready for, but for the first time there was no one left telling him no. So he went after something bigger this time, worked his way into government service instead, grinded through the ranks for years, and now he's Minister of State, which is kind of wild considering he started out as the kid who wasn't even allowed to carry a police baton.
Career Story:
Umer Sahab started his job as a Goverment intern, nothing special, doing the paperwork which nobody wants to do, he is invisible to until someone need something done. But he was stuck with it, he did this everyday, learn everything day-by-day, year after year, worked his way until he was sitting on the chair of Minister of State, which honestly still feels surreal to him some days. Somewhere in the middle of that climb though, he started noticing how the whole system really operated underneath all the official stuff, attending the right events, showing up to things that mattered for optics, picking up the odd medal or recognition here and there, all while his actual paycheck stayed embarrassingly low for someone holding his position. By then he had a famali who depends on him, but the number are not calculating, House rent and Bills starts building up faster then his salary could keep with, one day when he is coming to the office some rendome people surround him in the corner of the street, they beat him to much, then he came to know they are the debt collectors. The kind of quiet stress that follows you home every night. One day, when he was working up as a USSS agent, he saw a high ranking officer taking a bribe in plain sight like it was routine. His first reaction after seeing the thing which he shouldnt supposed to see, he quietly gathering proof, planing to take it straight to his highranking official. But the longer he sat with the proofs, turning it over in his head night after night, the more he found on it became the reason for him to stay quiet, and eventually he just let it go and never told anyone about that. In the process of finding the proofs he found him self doing the curroption and taking bribes he also became the part of system.
Outcomes:

2. Umer Sahab can Refuse to show ID to any Citizens/10-15 or any LEO to hide his corruption activity.
