I’ve previously served as an assistant in other gangs, and I believe that in order to enjoy this game more, I need to take on a leadership role within an organization. Based on my experience, I believe I possess the qualities needed to lead this organization. I want to get more out of this game, and if I can become the leader of the Families gang, I’m confident I can keep the organization as active as possible. And if I can take on this gang leadership role, I’m confident that my friends and I can keep the gang active and earn certain rewards by playing Turf. I have a lot of confidence in myself and my friends—since I have a large circle of friends, we’ll do our best to keep the gang as active as possible. In fact, if we can manage it, we’ll strive 100% for Turf-you can be sure of that.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
- I won’t give anyone a higher rank than they deserve just because I know them or because they’re very active. Our goal will always be to improve RP and keep the server active. Only those with good RP skills who participate in gang activities will be able to advance in rank.
- I’ll always have an active HC team ready for anyone who wants to join my gang. This team will be active 24/7.
- First, anyone wishing to become a member will contact HC and answer all necessary questions. The status of members who join or leave will always be managed and recorded via email by HC staff. Discipline will always be a top priority in our group. We will uphold discipline and never compromise it. We will also be active on the (Families DC) mailing list and will always be there to help anyone who wants to join.
- I will be as generous as possible with the bonus system, and I will always strive to keep my members happy and motivated.
- I will have gang members with a good understanding of role-playing who will always be active in the ghetto.
- We will never forgive members who break the rules, and we will never hesitate to impose the harshest penalties.
