Life Story:
Pheonix Grew up in a family where discipline and respect was the primary things people would learn. Since Pheonix was young he was naturally good with conversations and understanding people rather than judging them he used to praise them. As he grew older Pheonix focused on improving himself with his patience and being calm under pressure.
As he grew older and older and reached a time where he thought he should start working he developed a strong admiration for the Los Santos Police Department.
He used to watch how officers were protecting the city which inspired him to pursue a career at the Law Enforcement. He spent years preparing himself mentally and physically to be able to join the LSPD and serve his city.
Career Story:
Driven by Pheonix’s Dreams He was able to join the LSPD and started his training and was able to earn a reputation for his discipline, professionalism and calm attitude. As he climbed up the ranks and spent more time in LSPD he Realised that influence and corruption often held more power than honesty and politeness. Eventually, Pheonix came to the reality that using his reputation to gain trust he could also secretly pursue authority and personal gain through corruption. Some time flew by and Pheonix built up some connections with like minded officers, manipulated situations to his advantage and worked at LSPD without raising any suspicion. To the public and his friends Phoenix Remained a respected and dependable officer but behind that face, He was becoming the ambitious cop who believed true power came from controlling the system instead of simply working in the system.
Outcomes:
1 Pheonix can take bribes up to $100,000 (Illegal stuff,body armor & guns) and rob his 10-15’s (pickpocket)
2 Pheonix can put/remove wanted Stars on people for money ( $100k only )
3 Pheonix can be biased for his friends and family members (No Favors; only for money (Max $100k)
4 Pheonix can break IC laws like: Firearm Law, COP, Penal Code, and Procedure for Detention. (Keep in mind the OOC rule)
5 Pheonix can kill/torture/arrest anyone whom he doesn’t like and give the person fake charges ( with Proper RP ).
6 Pheonix can Refuse to show his ID to anyone to maintain his cover and not get his identity revealed
7 Pheonix can do criminal activities. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (No Org weapons included).
8 Pheonix is allowed to use illegal weapons and drugs on duty and off duty, (and is allowed to take weapons off the floor).
9 Pheonix can try to search for the bodycams of people and break them to secure his identity from others (/try can only be used 2 times per situation)
10 Pheonix can talk rudely to other gang members and people he don't like (No fear RP)
