I've reported for the same thing before and it has been accepted.
ER 1.1 states teaming is strictly forbidden unless it is allowed systematically. This event does not let you pick up the parachute unless there is no one else around you. Therefore meaning it must be a solo event, meaning ER 1.1 is relevant.

Being shot at from someone away from the event zone with an LMG. Then killed after event ended. Also the person shooting from far was only focusing on me, then when I died they ceased fire. Teaming LMG in event Killed after event ended. Timestamp: 0:25
