Dear Admin, on May 29, 2026, I saw a mask listed at a price lower than it should have been in the in-game marketplace and purchased it. Consequently, my account was banned. I was unaware of this game rule, and I am sorry that my account has been suspended. I promise that such a situation will not happen again. I kindly request that my account be unbanned.Thank you for your time.
Please don't reset my balance; I am truly very upset. I promise that a mistake like this won't happen again.
