1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I have been playing on Grand RP for a long time, and I have gained a lot of experience regarding the server mechanics, rules, and how the overall system works. I have spent time in different organizations, which helped me understand both sides of the roleplay. Now, I want to take the next step and help the community as an administrator. My main goal is to assist new players, ensure everyone follows the server rules, and maintain a high-quality, toxic-free roleplay environment. I am patient, mature, and dedicated to spending my time helping the server grow.
2. What are your strengths?
Good Communication: I can stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly with players to resolve issues peacefully.
Problem Solver: I analytical and quick at analyzing situations to find the fairest solution based on server rules.
Team Player: I can adapt quickly to the admin team and follow orders from senior management perfectly.
Active: I spend a significant amount of time on the server daily, which means I can handle reports efficiently.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
Sometimes I can be a bit too perfectionist, which makes me double-check everything to ensure I don't make even a minor mistake. However, I am learning to trust my knowledge and act faster.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin?
Yes, I am fully ready to leave my RP life, my friends in-game, and my character's assets behind to dedicate myself entirely to administrative duties.
