Rejected POV Request Arrest | 485347

Hello, 485347 arrested me from Pillbox hospital, I believe he was meta gaming/powergaming as I saw him talking to someone at pillbox hospital. Then he checked PDA and then started chasing me asking me for passport. When I gave him passport he instantly cuffed me, I believe he abused players nearby and saw I had stars, then chased me using my ID and once he got my passport he instantly cuffed without checking PDA at all. He also almost refused me a lawyer, admin in game told me to POV request, however I didnt have a video proof only some screenshots. However now he posted this forum accusing me of metagaming bcs my family member saw me getting arrested next to pillbox, now I have the proof of him arresting

I would like the admin to request his POV so we can see if it was rulebreaking.

State Rules 5.6 (POV of any arrest) and 1.5 (POV of searching a car) should be solved IC, only if they don't have the POV and therefore cannot provide to IC lawyers we could intervene as Curators. These rules are not grounds for POV requests on forums.
