First of all, I would like to wish you all the best and thank you for your time. I would like to report an issue that occurred yesterday.
I was near members of an enemy family, and I killed two or three of them. One of them was attacking my friend with his fists, so I intervened and killed him.
This player knew that, according to the rules, returning to the place where you died within 15 minutes is prohibited. Instead of risking his main account, he abused the game's second-account system by logging into his alternate account, returning to the scene, and repeatedly attacking and reviving me. It is clear that he intentionally avoided risking his main account because he believed that any punishment would only affect his secondary account.
If you check his forum history, you will also notice that his alternate account has been reported many times. This clearly shows a pattern of behavior. He avoids using his main account for toxic actions and instead uses his alternate account to insult, harass, and attack other players.
Recently, he even insulted another player's family members using his alternate account. Although that account was punished, I believe he will continue behaving this way because he repeatedly abuses the system and considers the penalties too minor to discourage him. By doing this, he unfairly affects the experience of other players.
I will provide all the evidence, including screenshots and recordings, showing the rule violations he committed. It is also very clear that both accounts belong to the same person.
I kindly ask you to take whatever action you consider appropriate and to address his abuse of the game's goodwill by misusing the second-account system. I trust your judgment and know that you are in the best position to decide on the appropriate punishment.
